Hiring Process:
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we select the most dedicated and passionate individuals for the role. Here's an overview of the hiring process:
1. Online Training (3 months):
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-month online training program. This training will cover the basics of chess, fundamental principles of child psychology, and critical thinking strategies. It will provide you with a strong foundation for your role as a Skill Development Facilitator.
2. In-person Training (3 months with a stipend):
Candidates who successfully complete the online training will proceed to a three-month in-person training program at our Bangalore location. During this phase, you will gain hands-on experience in conducting skill development programs such as chess coaching, organizing tournaments, and coordinating activities like summer camps and nature walks for children. You will receive a stipend during this training period.
3. On-the-Job Training (6 months):
After the completion of the training program, you will be appointed as Probationary Skill Development Facilitators at different locations in Bangalore. During this six-month on-the-job training period, you will have the opportunity to conduct skill development programs, organize tournaments, coordinate activities such as summer camps and nature walks, and interact with children, parents, and teachers to ensure the holistic development of the children.
4. Full-Time Employment:
Upon successful completion of the training and probationary period, you will be appointed as a full-time Skill Development Facilitator. As part of your job responsibilities, you will continue conducting skill development programs, organizing tournaments, coordinating interactive activities, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and teachers.
